On the first Saturday of every month from 11:50 am to 2:20 pm we will practice a variety of meditation styles: guided and silent, sitting and walking, and Loving Kindness (metta). The program will be divided into 20 minute meditations, with 5 minute breaks in between. You are welcome to join for all or part of the afternoon.

Join us next Sunday for an intergenerational Easter service and the arrival of Spring! Rev. Jessica Demick and Director of Faith Formation Melinda Hughes will lead our annual Multigenerational Easter worship.

Children will remain in the sanctuary. Childcare will be available for those 5 and under, if needed.

Join Unitarian Universalists from across the Pacific Western Region of the US for a weekend of connection, learning, worship, and inspiration for Rising Resilient in these times. The journey starts on Friday, April 10 in the afternoon/evening and concludes on Sunday, April 12 after worship. We’re fully multiplatform, with an in-person gathering at UU Society of Sacramento, California and online gathering from anywhere. We’ve got engaging programs for children and youth as well as adults. Registration for in-person attendance closes on Friday, April 1.

The RESULTS Pacific NW conference will be held on Saturday, April 18 at KUUF from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. The cost is $50, which includes breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and dinner. Come and learn how to combat global and domestic poverty in a non-partisan, civic, and effective manner.
