10/29 The Gifts of Honoring & Grieving Our Roots

(Samhain and Pagan Roots)

In this session, we continue our exploration of the gifts of our UU heritage and roots with a focus on Samhain, (pronounced saah-win or saa-ween) the Pagan holy day of honoring the Dead. In contrast to the more light-hearted, make-believe focus of Halloween, Samhain is a very serious religious practice.
