Sunday Morning Curriculum: November
For the month of November, Children’s Religious Education will be exploring The Gift of Generosity. Generosity is one of the values proposed by the Article II commission. “Generosity. We cultivate a spirit of gratitude and hope. We covenant to freely and compassionately share our faith, presence, and resources. Our generosity connects us to one another in relationships of interdependence and mutuality.”

11/26 The Gift of Hope: In this session we explore the connection between generosity and hope. The main idea is that when we are generous, we can inspire hope in others. We also look at how our faith invites us to be counter-culture during the holidays. In the spirit of generosity, it asks us to shift from wondering, “What do I want for Christmas?” to ask, “What can I give for the Winter Holidays?”
