The pandemic has been associated with an increasing number of persons struggling with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Please join us on Sunday, January 30th at 11:45AM via Zoom for a very timely Adult Education class where Dr. Jay Hughes will share with us current mental health challenges faced by people in Kitsap, as well as treatment and support resources in Kitsap for persons with mental health challenges. Dr. Hughes is the Chief Medical Officer at Kitsap Mental Health Services, one of KUUF’s regular charitable giving recipients.
