Let’s dance! Cultivate your joy, celebrate community, and get to know new friends. Cultivating joy is a spiritual practice for our bodies and minds. Embodied joy helps us move through difficult times and feel our agency as movers and changers.

DJ’d by Bones Bironne, this event is a free-form dance for all ages and movement-abilities. There will be a chair dance section for those most comfortable moving in a chair, and an open floor section for those who stand, crawl, and roll.

Wear whatever fun, friendly, comfortable attire inspires you and bring your water bottle. Show up late or leave early—it's OK.

Childcare for littles needing a break from dancing will be provided in the Elmore Room, next door.
