It is almost time for our Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM), which will be held in-person in the Sanctuary and via Youtube for those at home! Please plan on attending after the service April 14th.

We will be having two opportunities for Conversations with the Board (CWTB and Finance committee representatives) to discuss questions or concerns regarding the Draft Budgets. There will be a Zoom and an In Person opportunity. 

·         Conversations with the Board Draft Budget April 2, 6pm on ZOOM

·         Conversations with the Board Draft Budget April 7, 12pm KUUF Sanctuary 

 This year at the ACM, we will be approving the Budgets for the New Fiscal Year, we will be voting on new Board members (3). We will be announcing the 12 monthly charitable giving recipients (this vote will take place prior to the meeting via google forms). Please plan to attend at least one of these discussion opportunities and mark your calendar now for the ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING, APRIL 14, 2024.

 A few notes in preparation for this meeting:

A hybrid Congregational Meeting can be overwhelming to all of us. Let us approach it with patience, good humor, and love. The Congregational Meeting Packet will contain the agenda, meeting basics, our proposed budget, reports from Reverend Victoria Poling, your Board President, and Committee chairs regarding the business of our Fellowship.

Per KUUF Bylaws members are encouraged to attend but must have signed the

membership book as of February 14, 2024 to vote.
