The Social Justice Committee will be hosting a letter-writing campaign after KUUF worship services in December. SJCers will have on hand those quaint old "paper copy" materials: pens, stamps, envelopes ruled pads, and addresses of our DC representatives: Derek Kilmer, Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell. People can also be shown the process of emailing our congresspeople. We urge folks to tell our leaders what to do to reduce the bloodshed and push for a lasting peace.

The SJC supports the UUA's stance on freedom, justice, and a homeland for Palestine. Due to our principles of freedom of conscience and respect for the democratic process, nobody will be told what to write. But we encourage all to take action as citizens!
