October 20: Listening to Nature
In this session, we continue our exploration of The Practice of Deep Listening by listening to nature. When we practice deep listening to nature, we are reminded that we are not alone but instead a part of something bigger and truly interconnected. We then take this session a step further by exploring how connecting and listening to nature can heal us and make us feel calm.
