June is Pride Month, a time for parades, performances, and lots of rainbow flags to acknowledge the successes, as well as the continuing work toward equity and liberation, for our LGBTQI+ neighbors.  May we, as Unitarian Universalists, join this ongoing work to expand the realm of love and build Beloved Community.

The Reverend Carol McKinley is the Affiliated Community Minister at the Olympia UU Congregation, where she coordinated the Faith in Action Ministry.  She continues to serve on the UUA Western Pacific Region’s Healthy Congregations Team.
