Rev. Carol McKinley presents "9 to 5 - and Overtime"
Since 1894, the first Monday in September has been recognized as Labor Day, a time for workers to have a day off and to be honored for their efforts to provide the goods and services needed to keep society functioning. Today it is even more important to recognize what millions of working people have always known – they are essential.
The Reverend Carol McKinley is the Affiliated Community Minister at the Olympia UU Congregation, where she coordinated the Faith in Action Ministry. She continues to serve on the UUA Western Pacific Region’s Healthy Congregations Team.
